📌 Scope of Services

Nexkitch specializes in high quality kitchen remodeling services, including:

  • Custom cabinetry
  • Countertop installation
  • Tile and flooring upgrades
  • Backsplashes & lighting

All services are performed by licensed professionals or qualified subcontractors under our supervision. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may require an updated estimate or change order.

📅 Project Scheduling

We schedule all projects based on availability, scope, and readiness of materials.

  • Access to the property must be provided during work hours to avoid delays.
  • Project timelines are approximate and may shift due to supply delays, weather, or unforeseen issues.
  • Clients will be informed of any significant changes in start or completion dates.

💳 Estimates, Deposits & Payments

Late payments may delay your project and may incur a service charge.

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
  • A signed agreement and deposit (typically 30–50%) are required to reserve your project start date.
  • Remaining payments are due according to the milestones stated in your contract (e.g., post-demolition, mid-project, final walkthrough).

🔁 Cancellations & Change Orders

  • We aim to be flexible, but changes after project start require mutual approval.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable based on project stage or materials ordered.
  • Change orders (e.g., layout changes, material swaps) must be documented and may impact cost and timeline.

🛠️ Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer limited warranties on completed work.

  • Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or external contractors voids this warranty.
  • Cabinetry, countertops, and installed fixtures typically carry manufacturer warranties.
  • Nexkitch workmanship is warrantied for a period of 12 months from project completion, unless otherwise specified.

🚧 Site Access & Safety

Clients must provide clear and safe access to the remodeling area.

  • We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions unless agreed upon in writing.
  • Please remove personal items, valuables, or sensitive materials prior to the start of work.
  • Our team follows all local building codes and safety practices.

🔐 Privacy & Communication

We value your privacy.

  • Communication may occur via email, phone, or in person whichever is preferred by the client.
  • Personal and project information is used only to deliver your remodeling service.
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent. Check our Privacy policy.

❌ Right to Refuse Service

Nexkitch reserves the right to decline or discontinue service in situations involving:

  • Non-payment or consistent project interference
  • Unsafe or hazardous working environments
  • Unreasonable client demands outside the scope of agreement

⚖️ Legal Notice

All work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Guilford County, NC.
